Every project starts with a free discovery call, then a written fixed-price quote in pounds. We do not bill by the hour or add surprise extras. If the scope changes later, we agree the new price in writing before any further work begins.

No. All prices on this page are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT, which is charged at the standard UK rate of 20%. VAT-registered UK businesses can reclaim it in the usual way, and your invoice will show the VAT separately.

For one-off projects we take a deposit of 30–50% with the balance staged around milestones or due on launch. SEO and care plans are billed monthly in advance: SEO has a 3-month minimum then rolls with 30 days notice, and care plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. We accept bank transfer (BACS) and card payments.

Starter covers a focused, well-built version of what you need. Professional adds more scope, deeper design work, integrations, analytics and longer post-launch support. Starter is ideal for proving an idea; Professional is what most established UK businesses choose.

Yes, most clients do. Packages are a starting point rather than a straitjacket — you can move up at any point, pay only the difference, and everything already built carries across to the larger package.

Typical delivery runs from 2–3 weeks for a Starter website to 4–6 months for an enterprise platform, with the exact timeline confirmed in your quote. SEO and care plans run as ongoing monthly services with monthly reporting.

We are new to the UK market and building our client list, so these are launch prices rather than our long-term rates. We are a small senior team with no account managers to pay for in between, so the saving goes into your price instead. The work, the fixed quote and the UK-based support are the same, and once you are a client your price is fixed in your quote.

Third-party costs such as your domain, hosting, premium plugins or paid APIs are billed to you at cost with no mark-up, so you always own the accounts. Everything we build for you — design, code and content — is yours once the invoice is paid.

No. We are based in Torquay, Devon and work with clients across the UK and worldwide through video calls, shared project boards and regular check-ins. Most of our projects are delivered fully remotely.
