The Challenge

Dial Cabbies, a Durham-based taxi company, had an existing website that wasn't generating the visibility or bookings the business needed. Local taxi searches are highly competitive, and a generic site with a handful of pages struggles to compete against the range of specific journeys, routes and areas people actually search for — "taxi near me," "Durham to Newcastle Airport," "taxi in Bearpark," and dozens of similar variations.

The Solution

We rebuilt the website from the ground up and paired it with a dedicated SEO strategy covering both the site and Dial Cabbies' Google Business Profile. Rather than a single generic services page, we built a structured set of individual pages for specific services (airport transfers, railway station taxis, corporate travel, wedding and group travel), specific routes (Durham to Newcastle, Durham to Manchester Airport, and others), and specific areas served (Bearpark, Lanchester, Langley Moor and surrounding communities).
